A collection of drawings done with pencil and ink pens.
Developing my drawing began by exploring a variety of sketching and drawing techniques—each method expanded my visual vocabulary and refined my hand-eye coordination. I started with basic line work and gesture drawing to capture movement and proportion, then practise shading methods such as hatching, cross-hatching, stippling and blending to convey form and depth. Experimented with different media—graphite, charcoal, ink, and coloured pencils—to discover how texture and mark-making change the mood of a piece. Combine observational studies with imaginative drawing to strengthen both accuracy and creativity, and use systematic exercises (value scales, thumbnail compositions, and negative-space sketches) to build consistency. Regular critique, timed sketches and revisiting earlier works help track my progress, while mindful, playful repetition turns technique into intuitive expression.
